The shipping date is specified on the product’s detail page. This information is valid for current stock levels and is updated in case of stock depletion or restocking.
If the product you received is damaged or its packaging is deformed, a Damage Assessment Report is required. You must check the product with the delivery personnel before accepting it. If you notice any damage, request a Damage Assessment Report and return the package. Returns can be made within 14 business days through the ‘Easy Return’ button, and refunds are processed within 3 business days after the return is received.
VAT is included in the product prices.
Cash on delivery is not available. If you do not have a credit card, you can place an order using a debit card (bank card).
